At Parry Davies Architects, we understand that you may not have undertaken a construction project before, let alone appointed an architect.
We can guide you through the entire process and our initial advice is free. We can meet with you, to discuss your ideas and dreams, even if you are unsure of what you want. The ultimate success of any project is the end product, so if you can give us any ideas on the way you live, or even what is lacking, we can tailor make the brief for you which will be a starting point for our relationship.
In our initial meeting we will assess and advise on the site or property including any constraints and we can be appointed to carry out services from sketch proposals to managing projects. Our fees are tailored to suit your needs either as lump sum or as per each stage.
